This Texas Star floor medallion / backsplash is hand crafted from Italian made porcelain floor tiles in a matte finish: the star and borders are made from a indigo blue color, while the background area is made from a tile from the same manufacturer in a light grey color. There is some contrasting of hues on each of the points of the star giving it more visual depth. Also, upon closer inspection, you will see that the tiles used have a distressed look to them. This medallion comes mounted on a mesh backing and divided into sections for easy installation and handling.

Grout Spacing: averages 3/16"

As with most of the tiles chosen for my medallions, these particular tiles were selected by one of my customers. I loved this new color combination and wanted to have it displayed here on my website as an option for others to choose. The amount I charge for shipping is automatically calculated based on UPS's present shipping rates and covers my cost for shipping, packaging materials, and my time. The higher shipping cost for some of my items is due to the item's weight and /or bulkiness.

Due to the weight of my products, all items are shipped either via UPS Ground (or upon request, FedEx Ground).
