Shipping policy

Items ordered are shipped after they have been crafted, within the time frame listed in the information bar toward the top of each page (and confirmed during checkout). 

I ship all items via UPS Ground.  If you have a preference for FedEx Ground, please let me know and I will work with you to accommodate your request. 

I carefully package every medallion to minimize the possibility of damage during shipping. 

The shipping cost is based upon my discounted UPS shipping rate, and dependent upon the size, weight, and number of boxes the medallion will ship in.  Larger medallions are usually shipped in 2 or 3 boxes.  Also automatically included in the shipping cost are my costs for shipping materials (boxes, tape, peanuts, foam, plywood, labels, etc).
