Customer Satisfaction and Return Policy

I want you to be pleased with your order.  

If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, you may return your order for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.  You will be refunded the full amount of your purchase within 1 business day of my receiving the returned item.  Please repackage the mosaic / medallion / backsplash as best you can to prevent damage during return shipping.  . . . I want you to be extremely satisfied with your order.

Broken Piece?  Since I take great care in packaging your medallion / backsplash, it is rare that a piece of the mosaic breaks in shipment.  However, if this should happen, simply email me a photo of the medallion with the broken piece.  I will quickly make a replacement for the broken piece and send it to you at no charge.  The replacement piece will be made of the same tile, stone, or glass as the broken piece; furthermore, since the replacement piece will be made using an impression (or imprint) I made of your very medallion after it was crafted, it will also be a perfect fit.
